Ordering

We LOVE to make custom one-off orders.  When reaching out to us, it's most helpful if you can provide the following:

• Design concept idea.  We have a graphics artist that is AMAZING and has yet to be stumped by a design idea.

• Rough dimensions

• Desired color (We stock about a half dozen colors, but can special order almost any color you can imagine)

• Picture of where the design is going (this isn't necessary, but does help if you're unsure what sign dimensions you're looking for)

When purchasing an item that is customizable with a name or word, there will be a customization box on the product page which you should fill out.

Please ensure the name(s) or words you are providing are spelled correctly!  We are not responsible for incorrectly spelled names, unless we process the spelling provided incorrectly.

Shop Capabilities

Metals: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, gold, silver, and titanium

Non-metals:acrylic, wood, paper, leather, fabric, cork, 

Contact us if you don't see a material listed above to see if we're capable of cutting it.

Our machine can cut materials as large as 4' x 8'.  Thickness varies depending on the material.

We are able to powder coat items up to 40" (W) x 20" (D) x 48" (H)

Shipping & Returns

All items are made to order and have varying lengths of production. 

Jewelry: Ships within 3 days of order

Address Signs & Monograms: Ships within 1-2 weeks of order

Need your item sooner? Contact us with the date you're needing your order by and we'll see if we can get it to you by then.

We only ship within the USA.  International shipping has proven to be expensive and we've had many items damaged or lost during the shipping process leading to unhappy customers.

We want you to feel 100% happy with your purchase.  If you're not 100% happy, send it back and we'll issue a full refund.  Buyer to pay return shipping.

We warranty all craftsmanship on our products for 90 days from the date you receive the product.  This includes, but is not limited to: metalwork staying together in one piece, black laser annealed text on jewelry rubbing off, wood assembled products coming apart, powder coating or paint chipping, etc.  

This does not include obvious signs of abuse such as dropping, bending, or altering the item.

Bobbie Jo Designs has the sole discretion when deciding warranty claims.  We always try to do what's best for our customer and do the right thing.

Of course!  The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and a full refund will be issued.  

There are no refunds for customized products where the buyer misspelled the personalization.  However, we will work with the buyer to come to some sort of resolution.

If we accidentally misspell a name or word you provided correctly we will replace your item ASAP at no additional charge.  You will not have to return the misspelled item.
